Delivery and Access Policy

Digital product, no physical shipping

Boardmarks is software delivered over the internet. There is no physical product, no courier shipment, and therefore no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses. Any reference to “delivery” on this website means electronic access to the extension and its features.

Free trial access

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. On first launch, enter your email to start a 7-day free trial with full write access. One trial is allowed per email. After the trial ends without a paid license, your existing data remains visible in read-only mode until you activate a key.

Paid access after successful payment

Pro Yearly and Pro Lifetime are digital licenses. Access is activated after your Razorpay payment is verified on our server:

1. You choose Yearly or Lifetime on our Pricing page and pay with Razorpay Checkout.
2. Our server verifies the payment signature and confirms the payment is captured.
3. We generate a license key (BMRK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), save it in our database, email it to you, and display it on the success page.
4. You paste the key in Boardmarks → Settings → License. The key binds to one device; use Deactivate on that device before moving to another.
5. Activation is typically instant after payment. If a bank holds the charge, it may take up to 24 hours — contact us with your payment id if the key never arrives.

If payment fails or is cancelled, no license is issued and no amount should remain charged. Failed bank debits are usually auto-reversed within 5–7 business days.

If access is not activated

If you paid successfully but do not have access within 24 hours, email shantilalmukesh@gmail.com or call +91 83739 85998 with your payment reference. We will either activate access or issue a full refund under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Duration of access

Paid access remains active for the billing period you purchased and continues while the subscription is renewed. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Free plan features remain available after that.

Requirements

• Google Chrome or another Chromium-based browser that supports Manifest V3 extensions
• An internet connection to install the extension and to complete payment
• A valid email address, since receipts and activation details are delivered by email
